i am lit bit confused between the western digital or seagate hardrive
WD Caviar Green 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (WD20EZRX)
Seagate Barracuda 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST2000DM001)

Seagate is better than the WD and cheaper

I have bought seagate expansion 3.o 500gb used it 2 times for 1 hours each and transferred 100gb data for back up. are they good can I rely on them. I have wd 500gb internal and I want to transfer 200 gb more to it (seagate)and then keep it safe and will use whenever I need to get them back in case my internal fails. On net they have bad reviews but if they keep data safe once I transfer necessary files to it I would be happy . I don't need them daily for hours . just transfer 300-350 data that will just count total usage of 5 or 6 hours and keep it in safe storage.
