It should be less, your motherboard isn't great for over clocking, as it isn't a Z77. CPU is a sandy bridge, which isn't as good for over clocking as ivy bridge, but at least it comes with a custom cooler. However no OS is included which would have added about £60 to the value. The RAM is good, so is the hardrive and the disk drive. The case looks pretty cool IMO as well.
Overall the parts are worth around £502 or $771. Therefore you are charging a premium of about £223 which is bullshit. I recommend you go £60 over the parts cost. And you didn't state whether it was used, if it was, you should be charging a lot less.

It costs £620 to build, Do you recommend the Intel i5 2500k 2nd generation, or the i5 3570k 3rd generation, for the processor. But seriously, thanks for the feedback, i'd appreciate if you could justify it costing £500 to build. Here is a list of the components and prices below.

Corsair 16gb Memory XMS
Asus 660 2GBDDR5 Direct CU II OC

Definitly the 3570k, it has a faster clock speed, and a bunch of other pro's, and it's just a bit more expensive. As you haven't built it yet, I would recommend the MSI Z77A-G45 or if you could spend a little more and grab a GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H, or even a GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H, but otherwise the MSI is still a great MOBO with good OC abilities.
Good luck on your build.

Amazon overprice sometimes, use other sources too. I used newegg and converted the price and aria, so it may have not been that accurate.

When you're buying these get them off the website cheapest.
Good UK websites for PC parts are -
www.aria.co.uk
www.scan.co.uk
www.amazon.co.uk
www.dabs.co.uk

I would also recommend putting them in pcpartpicker.co.uk and it will tell you the cheapest place to buy them and will say if they're compatible, just make sure you select united kingdom in the top right.

It's exactly £653.01, so to sell for £750/£725 is justifyiable considering there will be some postage costs so that will £50/£80 profit margin. Does £725/£750 sound like a good price to you? Also is it worth selling it with an OS

Ah you have to pay VAT then, thank god for me, I live in the channel islands (tax haven!). It seems about right then at £725, I dont think it is worth selling it with an OS unless you pirate it (You didn't hear that from me :p)

I Appreciate all your help dude, if you was in need of a computer, would you honestly pay £725 for the one I'm building, be honest. No point trying to build computers that no one wants to buy :(. and hear what ;)

haha :D If it was me, I would build it myself but if that was alien for me, I think I would maybe for £700. Just label it as Gaming PC and advertise that it can run BF3 and all the modern games on ultra and you should hopefully pick up some suckers. Do you have a local classifieds website or something? They're normally quite good to advertise builds on.
Anyway, good luck with selling it and have a nice day. :)
