My Computer does not detect my 7970 ghz edition GPU

My computer detects my 660ti but it does not detect my 7970, i did OC this for a little bit before i crashed, now it can't detect it at all, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
 
Id have moved too a 2nd 660 Ti which would crush any single GPU card for less out of pocket

But, be that as it may, if going that route .....

Did you remove the nVidia drivers before installing the AMD card ?

Take out the card and inspect for any damage.

Does your PSU meet the minimum system requirements ?

Are you using the PCI-E 8 pin connector or some adapter kludge ?
