what will be the best graphics card for my desktop.
core 2 duo e7400
gigabyte g31m-e2sl
psu need to be u[graded as i dnt knw anything about it.(pls mention one)
4gb ddr2 ram.
aoc1619 15.6'' monitr (1366*768)

price range within rs9000(gpu and psu both)

Nah...Its a budget card, more than enough for your needs, and no bottlenecks with your current system whatsoever.

No Problem, and yeah, they are available cheap, locally. I got my VS550 for 2700ish from Lamington Road in Mumbai.
