case: looks ok
CPU: great
mobo: maybe you could spend a little more and grab a GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H, or even a GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H, but else the
MSI is a good mobo
PSU: i would personnaly spend a bit more and take a seasonic psu because they are better quality SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze 520W
the rest seems ok

could you give your budget and the price lists, so i can give you better advice
