As the title states, The lighted logo on the Corsair H80I only light before POST (and I assume the pump is not running if the light is off) and the slight vibration in the tubes from the pump is gone.
In the corsair link program I show 0 pump, 0 fans 1&2, and 0 on h80i temp.
I tore the computer apart the other night to do a re-wire (for esthetics mostly) that's when it stopped working properly, up until then everything was fine.
Specs:
mobo: GIGABYTE 990FX-UD3
cpu: AMD FX-8350
ram: 16gb G.skill
video: 2x Sapphire 7850 OC editions
power: Corsair TX750
I can't seem to find anything about it, I have not changed any BIOS settings other than overclocking the cpu.
Any advice will be executed and appreciated.

EDIT: Found out that it does not always turn on before POST, just had it turn on for the first 10~ seconds after pressing the power button. Also, when the pump light is on the fans run perfectly, after the light shuts off they rev up to 100% and pulse ever so slightly.
