Solution
Hi, get mid-tower case, i5 3570K, z77 motherboard that supports SLI/Crossfire, get GTX 680 (I'd recommend GIGABYTE 4GB OC), 16GB 1600MHZ ram, H100i liquid cooler, 2-3 additional case fans for better airflow, 2TB hard-drive, 128GB SSD. I think you are gonna be fine

Thanks for the reply! I was thinking of getting a phantom 630 (water cooling in future) as rock extreme 6 i5 3570k powercolor hd7970 8gb corsair vengeance caviar black Samsung 840 the 4gb gigabyte is wayyy to expensive so the power color is cheaper and just a but worse. Do you think that would work well?

Yes I think you'll be fine and max out all games but I prefer Nvidia graphics cards. :)

Powercolor isnt the best, runs pretty hot.
Better get the sapphire hd 7950 viper x for 418spd, excelent model, cool, quiet, good to overclock.

is a tx650w enough for all that and a liquid cooling loop? (GPU and CPU)
And also is it worth getting an ssd,i could spend that on an i7 3770k or my watercooling loop, any advice?
And also should i wait for haswel or 8000/700 series?

I would say that the 670 would give him the best bang for his buck. 670 is about $400 680 is about $500 and it provides an increase of like 10 fps.
