Hello, here are my Specs: AMD FX 8320@4ghz, XFX Radeon HD 7950, 8 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600mhz resolution is 1920x1080
I have recently got back into fallout 3 with my new PC components and it has FPS problems. It will drop into the 30's constantly around megaton and the Mall and many other places. However in Fallout New Vegas (the newer game) I have never seen it drop under 60 anywhere in the whole game. They are both modded.
There are no graphics mods and in fact there are performance increasing mods on Fallout 3.
My Friend also plays fallout 3 but ALOT faster and he has a FX 6100, amd radeon HD 7770 and 4gb ram...
What could be causing this?? Thank you.
