This is a build that my friend is getting sometime within the next few months

and I was wondering if that CPU and Graphics card will be able to handle playing Planetside 2 on Ultra and BF3 on Ultra. I have another friend who uses the same graphics card with a Intel 3570K (not overclocked) and he gets 60+ FPS easy in BF3. What are your estimations?
