PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 620W PSU
CPU: Intel® Core i5-3570K Processor

SSD: Samsung SSD 840 Series 120GB 2.5" BULK

You need a CPU cooler if you want to overclock.
I would recommend the Coolermaster Hyper 212.

I would also suggest switching out the PSU to one from Corsair, Seasonic, Antec or XFX. CM PSUs are hit or miss.

Otherwise looks good.
