with the HAF 912, it'll be a tight fit... (especially if you're doing SLI later on) and wires would be everywhere inside (since the 912 lacks a cable management panel in the back)

I would suggest either a HAF 922 or something around the same size and features.

And that motherboard will do SLI. pretty decent motherboard with a good build quality. (better than asrock, but the asrock can overclock the CPU better)

First off these 2 items are NOT COMPATIBLE.

ASRock FM2A85X Extreme6 FM2 AMD A85X (Hudson D4) SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor

Either change to a Z77 motherboard or switch the processor to an FM2.

Z77 board-ASRock Z77 Extreme6/TB4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77

or
Fm2 processor-AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket FM2
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113280

Also don't forget a Cd/dvd drive so you can download windows off of the disc unless you have windows on a usb thumb drive.

decent cd/dvd burner if you don't have one.

how to put windows on a thumb drive if you don't want to bother with a cd drive.

Things I would change, but don't need to be.
The cpu cooler to a Noctua cooler
Noctua NH-C12P SE14 140mm SSO CPU Cooler from
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608019&Tpk=Noctua%20NH-C12P&IsVirtualParent=1
or
http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=47091&vpn=NH-C12P%20SE14&manufacture=Noctua
I would switch to one that blows into the motherboard so it cools the power regulation, since that 212 evo won't cool that stuff very well, if that matters to you. I would at least get a heat sink built by Noctua (designed in Austria, built in Taiwan)

I'd switch the SSD out for a Crucial M500 480GB SATA 2.5", if you can spare the funds, more capacity is always better.
