2) Asus SABERTOOTH Z77 ATX LGA1155
3) Asus GeForce GTX 680 2GB
4) Cooler Master Haf X Case
5) Corsair Vengeance 8gb (4gbx2)
6) Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 2TB

More about choosing power supply
  1. The GTX 680 has TDP of 195W. So you need a PSU that has two 6-pin PCIe power connectors and a minimum of 17 amps current rating on the +12V rail.

The XFX 550W is fine. If you live in Canada, you can select it via the dropdown at the top right corner of the site. If you live in Australia, then I'd recommend the Antec High Current Gamer 520W.

They recommend 550W for single or 750W for SLI. I'd recommend getting a 750W-800W from Seasonic or corsair for future upgrades.

  4. Those are pretty much the same power supply. Seasonic makes the AX and HX for Corsair. The only difference is the HX has 6 PCIe connectors while the Seasonic and AX have 4. You only need 2 now and 4 if you SLI so any one of those is a great PSU. I would get the Seasonic myself as I have the identical 750W unit. I figure get it from the manufacturer directly.
  5. Those are all good.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151108 is a really good value.

If you're checking out that X-850 check out the seasonic platinum 860W and X-1050 instead, the 860 should be a few dollars cheaper because of shipping and the 1050 will be a little more, but a lot more power.

one last thing , I feel like buying the evga gtx 680 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130768&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= ) instead of the asus, cuz i already got the cooler master case and the evga is more slim. would the same power supplies i mentioned do the job as well??
  7. Yes. You can even SLI GTX 680 and the 850W PSUs will handle them with room to spare.
  8. Yup that'll be fine.
