Hi everyone, I am trying to calibrate my monitor (Brightness, Contrast, Color, etc.).
Is there a site I can use, or do I have to use a certain program for best results?
killer got it right; if you want hardware calibration, then you're out of luck unless you're willing to buy calibration tools (expensive) or unless you want to find a way to rent them (less expensive, but I haven't tried it).
For most of us mere mortals, though, calibrating by eye works well enough. You can use a site like the following to eye it up for yourself: http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/
After that, if your monitor still isn't behaving to your satisfaction, you might have better luck using your OS's color management.
