What level should load line calibration be set to? 4.4Ghz OC

I'm Overclocking my i5 3570k to 4.4Ghz on an Asrock Extreme 4 and i was just wondering what level the CPU and IGPU load line calibrations should be set?

Hyper 212 EVO, at the moment i have it at 4.4Ghz with everything auto and both load lines at level 5 and it never gets above 65* with stress test...
