Hello I'm looking for the best 512mb video card for a 250 watt psu and a pentium4.
I want to be able to play minecraft and TF2 at a playabe FPS, also I will be using arch linux.
price limit 50$

AMD Radeon HD 7750 it needs more than a 250W psu. so no.

You appear to be saying you have AGP and PCI only (not PCIe). AGP is a very old interface that was replaced by PCIe.

Anything you can find will be considered very low-end by today's standards, nor am I even sure about power consumption.

I think you'd be far better off putting that money towards a new computer. I doubt it would run TF2 very well either.
