Weird Memtest86+ issue

I just bought a 32gb Ripjaw X kit and more recently an AMD FX 8350. I tested the RAM with memtest86+ on my 1100t before receiving my 8350, and had no issues. After installing my 8350, though, I started getting this on memtest:

The RAM is recognized as 320MHz CAS 1-3-3-3 DDR2. Checking the DIMM info, though, it shows this:

which is correct. Windows Memory Diagnostic shows everything is kosher, but I'd still like to do a couple passes with memtest...

Is this a known issue? The few instances I've seen of this show that WMD throws errors, indicating bad DIMMs or DIMM slots. Should I be worried? Also, can memtest test RAM at different speeds/timings than is set in the BIOS (1-3-3-3 vs. 9-9-9-24)? I assume not, but assumptions have been costly for me in the past...would it be safe to let memtest run a couple passes even though the detected RAM settings are so messed up?

Thanks.

/edit/ I'm pretty sure this is an 8350 compatibility issue with memtest. Googling around some more, I found that many people experiencing the DDR640/1-3-3-3 issue were also running 8350s. Running version 5.00RC1 seems to fix the problem:
