Solution
It looks great! Just a few tweaks.

1. Get dual channel RAM (2x 4GB) instead of 1x 8GB.

2. The Gigabyte Windforce Radeon HD 7970 is likely cooler for about the same price.

3. The Storm Stryker is a tad expensive, but if you must have it, fine. If not, get a cheaper case and either upgrade the GPU to a Sapphire Vapor-X Radeon HD 7970 GHz or get a SSD.

4. That PSU will require you to buy a molex to PCIe adapter. It doesn't come with enough PCIe connectors for your HD 7970. Either that or buy a different PSU that does support your GPU.

Thanks for the (2X4) suggestion for dual channel. Still a little new to this never would have thought of that. And DarkSable the Bluray is just for kicks, my PS3 just shat out on me.

Ksham yeah I plan on customizing the case down the road. ( Green paint job, yellow LED, and a LoZ decal ) and the storm stryker seem to fit wat i was going for best. thanks for the info about the PSU didnt think about the PCIe connectors.
