If it's new you may be fine. But if it's been in use for several years you're better off getting brand new PSU. 500w is enough for that system and 500w are not that expensive.

second that 7750 consumes ~60W + 3W SSD + 30W 2HDD + 40W 2OD + 125W CPU Full load and Mobo + add ram and USB devices and a couple of fans, either chasis or CPU that will another 20W = 280W so dont sweat it.
Also please note capacitor aging in the PSU, roughly its calculated each year 10 percent of the PSU is deducted, so if you had it for 2 years : it will like outputting 400W
