Will my psu will be able to run a good gfx?

An HD6670 shouldn't be a problem, but I would really consider replacing that PSU. It only has 14A on the 12V rail, which translates to 168W. The power supply is one of the most important components of your pc, so don't cut down on it.

try to replace your HD6670 with HD7750 that thing is ridiculously low power, it will consume only 60W so if you go with that i can truly promise you you wont have any issues, cause i have seen ppl with HP stock PSU which is 250W output or 280W using that card with no issues what so ever.
