Is cooler master a good choice for PSU ? or Antec is better

Is cooler master good is PSU in general or i go with Antec

I'm on a tight budget and cooler master does save me some bucks so should i go for
Antec VP450P 450w OR Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 460W PSU

my pc build will include:

AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz Six Core 14MB Processor AM3+
MSI 970A-G46 Socket AM3+
4 GB DDR3 PC 1600 Kingston
SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X HD 7770 GHz EDITION OC 1GB GDDR5
(3) 120 mm LED fans

The cooler master extremely power plus series is HORRIBLE. absolutely do not get one. I don't know that antic one, but state your budget and we can actually find you a decent one. Of the to of my head the corsair cx430 is a decent cheap entry level supply
