MB doesn't show PCI SSD as drive

I have installed a PCI-SSD and want to use it as my boot C drive, my MB says it will accpt a PCI for boot, & I currently have a sata ssd as my C drive.
Using Win7 the PCI doesn't show as a drive in "my Computer" but if I go into the device mngr "dskdrives" it does show up. It doesn't show up in the bios under drives or boot preferences.
If I reconfigure and reinstall win7 with just the pci ssd will it automatically install or do have to assign a drive leter to the PCI card and how?

IF you reinstall from scratch, you may need the driver files for the pci SSD on a usb. Are you able to right click the drive whilst in device manager and create a new partition table/partition?

Rt click doesn't show anything but standard commands: update drives, disable, uninstall, scan, properties same as it is with all the others. None of them show that cmmand

Sorry I forgot about that myself. Right now there is no letter assigned and can do so it also will allow me to allocate space as it's currently unallocated 223.58 (240G)

Currently when I boot the first line shows the pci ssd card driver, ( maybe not in this order afterwards ) it shows chipset for external drives sas raid etc (if available) and other drives ssd & dvd & other externals if plugged in.
Just wondering if it currently shows the PCI SSD card in the bios "first", if I go into to dsk mngt and reassign the pci ssd card with a letter C then shut down remove the old c drive and start loading the OS wouldn't that work?
I understand needing the drivers in the bios if start from scratch but if they are in the bios already and show on the first line of the current set up would I really need to reload the drivers?
