i might be getting the fx 6350 or 8350. and im going to be liquid cooling it. but i dont know what liquid cooling to choose. i was thinking the h100i but i was also thinking the h80i. but the thing is the back of my pc is by the wall and is 3inches away from the wall. so will the h80i get good airflow?

A hyper 212 is just fine to handle a moderate overclock on either of those chips. You don't need an upgrade at all.
You don't want an all-in-one liquid cooler. Here's why:

1) They perform exactly the same is comparably priced air coolers.

2) When an air cooler fails, there's still a large metal heatsink that will let the CPU downthrottle safely. When an all in one fails, there's no backup.

3) If an air cooler fails catastrophically, you have plastic flying around your case; big deal. If an all in one fails catastrophically, you have liquid spewing all over your electronics.
