Usually the motherboard's drivers need to be installed in order for integrated networking chips to show up properly. Go to the motherboard's manufacturer website, search for that particular model and download the drivers and utilities associated with it, install them and reboot. You should have new devices pop up in Device Manager and one of them is the networking card (another could be the sound chip).
