How much is the CPU Cooler clearance for the 500R?Considering buying to replace my Elite 431.Thanks in advance.

it is a pretty spacious case, i dont know if youre looking for the clearance from the side or the back of the case, but unless youre using a massive passive cooling heatsink, you shouldnt have any clearance issues (with the heatsink hitting the case, ram and other components depend on your motherboard and cooler)

I really like it. It's pretty quiet even with the amount of cooling options and the stock fans on low are plenty sufficient.

I pulled the hard drive cages out completely since I only have an SSD (I velcroed it inside the optical cage).

Couple of thing to note:
- The front panel connectors crowd the top optical slot so easier to go into the second one down
- It's a long way from the PSU to the mobo's CPU power connector (if yours is near the "top") so I ended up running the cable behind the mobo tray and out the small rectangular opening at the top rear--it doesn't have a rubber covering so I put a decent amount of electrical tape on the power cable at the point it makes contact with the edge of the opening (probably not necessary but didn't want to take a chance)
