Thanks in advance for any assistance provided.

The CPU idles anywhere from 29-34C, but as soon as you start to play Diablo 3, it jumps up to about 60C, maxing out at 65C, almost immediately. I am running a rinky dink aftermarket Rosewill heatsink, which I am replacing this week, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? Fans are maxed on RPM, have a front fan, two side fans, and top and bottom.

Again, thanks a lot.

The upper limit on the AMD FX-8150 is 61C (that is what it said when I looked it up anyway), and my ASUS Remote Go monitor pops up with a temperature warning when it's up at 65C.

65C wont do your PC much harm, i dont think it will do any harm at all.generally 80C+ is the danger zone. 65C is quite safe and it wont likely to decrease your CPUs life.

I have a new heatsink coming tomorrow or Wednesday as well as a new PSU to replace the current one (is defective, blue screens on cold boot unless you let it warm up at the BiOS menus for 15 minutes). So all that will be done in a few days. I am going to move the PC to a more open area as well, to see if that makes a difference too. Thanks!

I was running speedfan on the rig last night and noticed that everything was running very hot, with the exception of the mobo, while running Diablo 3. The GPUs were extremely hot as well as the CPU. I switched the heatsink for the stock heatsink last night while I wait for the new one in the mail, and it was hitting 6k+ RPMs. I'm thinking this is a result of the defective PSU.
