I thought they didn't make any DDR5 versions of the 6670? That's what made the DDR5 copy of the 5670 so special.
My vote is go for it, at least if you want FC3. You get a game you want, a faster card, and you can sell your current card for a few £ more. You might end up spending very little on this.

Might take a look a the HD7790 since it is nearly the same cost, I got mine from newegg for $105 after sale and rebate. Also comes with the same games
