Hey, I am getting a new 2.1 audio set up (Genius Swg-2.1 3000) and the subwoofer doesn't have a guard over it. I am worried it may get kicked or something, is there any way I can put a grill or something on it, so it still gets good sound, but is not at risk of damage?

besides selling your legs ;P i suggest position it to down fire. If the wires aren't too much of a hassle try turning it upside down using books for the time being under the outer edges to lift the speaker and see if you like the base. Then if your happy, construct a means of lifting it permanently with legs made out of pine wood.

Just to give an idea
