I have a A10-5800k overclocked at 4.3ghz is it bottlenecked by my radeon 7870, I know it was a bad combo but at the time I only had enough for a A10. Temps on load with the igpu disabled now I get temps around 43c so does that give me any more OC headroom, and do I need to OC more because I don't care to, i just don't want to shorten the life real fast.

At that res your gpu is being bottlenecked by your a10. If you had a better cpu you could get more performance. You could bring the pixel count up and still get the same fps i think. Still with your screen i wouldnt be worried you should be able to max most games with mid anti-aliasing if i'm right

No more overclocking! you are pretty much maxed out with that cpu. any more oc and you won't tell much of a difference. also, are you certain that its the cpu that is bottlenecked and not something else? you could probably oc your ram it may help. games don't usually load the cpu that much. make sure your igp is disabled and that games are using the 7870

They are using the 7870,but I tried to OC my ram and could only improve timings not frequencies. It's at 1600mhz Cas lat 8, how do I now if I have any bottleneck. It says my CPU OCed is equal to a 6100, also read that ghz's is key to no bottleneck.
