I might wait for gtx 770, not sure yet. Would it be worth the wait?

I dont need keyboard, mouse, or OS.

Also, the 3770k wont be bought at microcenter so the build total is $80 more than it shows on here.

Alright, this is a tiny bit over 1500, but since your rendering you will likely need more memory.

XFX is just a re brand of Seasonic, just go from Seasonic directly. Although that promo for the XFX is pretty good, it's up to you.

Samsung SSD are fanastic.

Switch out your SSD with a Samsung 840 Pro or OCZ Vector otherwise that build looks good to me.

Although if you want the NVIDIA 7XX series, you're going to be waiting a while. Production delays on the chips have pushed the cards back to late September, early October at the latest.
