basically the purpose of a computer case is to protect the electronic components from physical damage and dirt. take away the case, and you introduce the very real posibility of physical damage and dirt destroying your system.
That rig is designs to lower temps for extreme overclocking, it's not meant to support a 24/7 365 days a year desktop pc.
