Good DDR3 Budget Ram

I'm building a rig and I have everything except for the RAM. It's either I go buy one from Canada computers since i'm in canada or order one online if it's worth it.

The one at CA Computers is:
Mushkin Silverline 4GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9 DIMM (991770)

So i'm looking for 4G Ram DDR3 and for speed it can be 1333 or 1600 either one works for me, Just as long as it's under $40.

4gb mainly because I only have $40 left from the parts.

So if anyone has a suggestion let me know as soon as possible, trying to get it tomorrow! :)

My Motherboard:
MSI 970A-G43 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Whoops, sorry, didn't know NewEgg has a .ca site. I remember people on forums always complaining about no Canadian shipping, glad to see they are being taken care of now.

if your rig does dual channel u should all was get 2 at same time .. if u dont u might not get the dual channel to work sine the 2 are linked .... and get the 1600 or higher sine any lower is not overclocked
