Intel Celeron G530

Solution

Just get the most budget friendly. The only difference between them is clock; and not much difference in clock speed at that.

For those two games, it'llbe fine. Dont expect very good settings however. If youre trying to make a low budget gaming rig, I very strongly suggest looking at AMD APUs for more performance, less heat, less space, and less cost.

The GT430 card is going to be a much bigger bottleneck than the G530 cpu, so you'll be fine.

If your board has the latest firmware pdates and you aren't running VIsta, I would recommend the newer Ivy Bridge Celerons (g1620 or g1620). They are up to 20-25% faster in benchmarks than the g530 and about the same price.
