Deleted contacts reappear

I have made a few groups in outlook but sometimes contacts leave the group.I delete them from the group and from my list of contacts but when I send a group message after that, the deleted person appears again when I check my sent messages. They miraculously appear as part of the group but when I check my address book the contact is not there. How does this happen?

Delete and re-create your AutoComplete entry for the group. Start typing the name until the suggestion appears then press the Delete key. Type in the name again, or re-select it from the dialog you get from pressing the "To:" button.
