Hello, i instslled kaspersky on my computer since two months and i formating my comuter now i want to activate it, i have tried all my possible best but the result is still zero.he ask me my key file but i dont have it please help me to get it

If this is about the activation key for your Kaspersky program, I suggest you contact them directly. There is no other way to get it (not on this forum).

I guess it could be a file that authenticates the program and unlocks it. Must be something the vendor sent him when he bought the software.
Alternatively, he could just be phishing for one on this forum, he never bought the software.
Either way, we can't help on this forum.
