How to connect SAS drive to mini sas on motherboard

I got seagate cheetah sas drive with full sas connector and on mother board sas socket much smaller looks like sata, what cable should I use to connect them and how is the power connected ?

Its supermicro x8dtl-3f mother board, would you be able to let me know which cable do i need for this motherboard and how is the power would be connected to that hard drive
