Are you sure you want mini itx. I am having problems finding a gpu. The only one i can think of is the Asus gtx 670 DirectCUII mini but have not been able to find it on newegg, amazon and some others. Does anyone know a mini itx gpu? All i can think of other than the asus are previous gen cards.
@OP The Pentium G2020 is supported by your chosen motherboard(Gigabyte GA-H61N-USB3) with a bios update but for 1080p i would recommend atleast an i3 or fx-6300 and atleast a 650ti or hd 7770 Ghz.

okay what i want to do is build a console size pc on a budget in the future i will upgrade to a better cpu and gpu but for right now i just want an affordable build that will get the job done.

this is my case i have
http://www.directron.com/wi02bk.html

also what about this one

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=14-127-611&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&Pagesize=10&PurchaseMark=&SelectedRating=-1&VideoOnlyMark=False&VendorMark=&IsFeedbackTab=true&Page=4#scrollFullInfo

i want to build this and upgrade later to more powerful hardware but right now i just wanna game on my dream machine my own ps4 in the making.so graphics is what i want to know about i like the ones you suggested but will the one above do good it is alot cheaper for right now.

Ok at this price point / form factor you need to ditch the idea of a discrete card. You can use the following

For Mini-ITX
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157357

Or if your going bigger then Mini-ITX
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157339

Use the A10-5800K
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113280

And the following memory, at least DDR3-1866 if not DDR3-2133. The prices between them are nearly identical so no reason not to get 2133.

Insert HDD / case / PSU / optical unit and your done.

Gddr5 and ddr3 are types of the memory used on a gpu. Gddr5 is a lot faster than ddr3 and also perform better due to the higher memory bandwidth.
Also, among the cards that you chose, the 6670 Gddr5 is the best but not recommended for 1080p. The hd 7770 would be a good start. If you want a stronger card you could get the afox hd 7850 low profile and if you want the strongest card for mini itx, then get an i5 or i7 processor with the Asus Nvidia Gtx 670 Direct CUII Mini.
