With that high quality build you should get a better cpu cooler so you can get more out of that i7. You could step uo to Noctua's NH-D14, or some closed loop cooler. Corsair H100 or Antec 920 would do for higher overclock on that chip.

You should get the Coolermaster 212 Evo instead. since your case's airflow is from the front to the back.

And why a micro ATX case? everything would just be squished together more than it needs to be.

and a Coolermaster Evo should get you to 4.2/4.3 ghz.

To anything beyond that, you'll definitely need a better CPU cooler.

The Hyper EVO is a good budget option, but if you want to overclock higher than 4.3-4.5 you should get something a bit better. Taking into account the hardware you've selected I'd go with a more premium cooler.
