Will these fans work in this build- do I need them?

It is perfectly safe to use that PC as is with just the front fan that comes with the case. If you were going to overclock the processor (which is hard to do with a locked multiplier CPU) or the graphic card, I would suggest adding a rear fan to help out with air flow and an aftermarket CPU cooler to keep the CPU cool. But since that processor is not easily O/C'ed, I doubt you will be doing that. So you are fine as is.

Remember, the more fans you add, the noisier the system will be. To answer your other question, yes those fans are the correct ones for that case. All the mounting locations accept 120mm fans. But Why not hold off adding the unnecessary extra fans for now.
