How do I modify the bandwidth distribution priority?

I'm a noob, but I'm keen on learning; anyways I've read that my router distributes a certain amount of bandwidth to each device connected to the router (whether its Wifi or cabled). I just wanted to know how to change that priority and center most of the power to my computer (which is cabled). There's currently 4 Ethernet cables connected to the router (1 for a 4ch camera, 1 to the modem, 1 is not connected to anything else and finally the one connected to my computer). I suddenly got interested in boosting or fixing anything that might be holding me back or producing a bottleneck in my network, considering that any of the downloads I've made in the past don't use more than 4MB/s per second and my connection is 100MB/s (98~MB/s tested on speedtest.net)

Any ideas anyone?

You are talking about QoS but not all routers have it and the implementation on some is very limited. Any QoS is a waste of time when you do not already have a bottleneck. The bottleneck will always be your internet connection but if you have 100m and are using only 4 then you have no issues

There is really nothing you can improve when all the devices are getting all the bandwidth they want it only matters if there is a shortage and you must choose.
