Ok first up, WHY would you want to crossfire 6450s? The 6450 is an ok card for general purpose type things I guess but for gaming even two of them will still struggle with just about anything.
Even Toms has benchmarks on their gaming performance which is pretty low. Whole review is here:

Unless your second 6450 is free or something, I would highly recommend just buying a new single card that is more suitable. I hear the new 7790 is a very capable and efficient card for the price. It depends on what your budget is if you are buying a new card. I am happy to help you find something suitable in your budget considering most cards are easily more powerful that what you have.
All that being said, AMD says 500w is enough for Crossfire with the 6450 (although I haven't seen a crossfire connector on a 6450 but I could be wrong), so your 550w will be fine. Also your motherboard is listed as supporting Crossfire so you should be ok there as well.
SHORT ANSWER: Yes, it should work but you would be better off buying a new card that is more suitable IMHO.
