Sapphire Radeon 7870 Black Screen

Hey guys, just got my Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 in the mail today. I was so excited to finally have my GPU and be able to game how I wanted. However, after setting it up and downloading the latest drivers, when I try to open Diablo 3 or really any other game I will get a black screen and my monitor will say No HDMI signal. I read around and this appears to be a big problem.

What I couldn't find, however, was if there was a fix or not. I don't think this has anything to do with me or my system, cause everything is in correctly and detected by Windows 7 and I have the latest drivers. Is there a fix anyone knows of? Or am I just screwed. I am so disappointed right now.

Hey man I appreciate you doing that for me. I looked into a little myself and found a forum where a guy listed bad SKU numbers. Sure enough, mine was one of them. I need to return this. Now I am new to PC building and such, so excuse me if this is dumb. But what is RMA and how do I do it? I bought my card from Amazon.

lol I would probably feel similar in that situation, granted it was actually sapphire that did it I guess but I'm not sure what amazons return policies are they may or may not let you get a refund I know alot of stores like to just replace the thing you bought or give you store credit
