hi when im trying to access my data traveller, im getting the error G:/ is not accessible
the request could not be performed due to an I/O device error
kindly help

go to your my computer then write in the address bar G:\ then press enter
That might be simple solutions

Find the device that is registering an error by expanding the nodes of the appropriate category. If the device has a red "X" on the icon next to its description, the hardware is disabled; proceed to Step 4 to enable it. Otherwise, go to Step 5.

sir thnkyou for the solution, but im still getting the same error message. is it possible that my pen drive is damaged permanently??
