Hi there,

I have currently been experiencing a lot of issue's with my brother's PC. It forever keeps on blue screening, and its always different. The computer can be idling and it still would blue screen. The blue screen errors are as follows:

Memory_Management
System_Service_Exception
Page_Fault_In_Non-Paged_Area
PFN_List_Corrupt
Bad_Pool_Header
IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal

I'm not sure whether this would be considered a hardware issue, but the majority of the parts are not too old, probably just over a year. I've tried formatting the hard drive before. Not sure what to do.

The PC Specs are as follows:
GPU: GT 640
CPU: i3 2100 3.1GHz
Mainboard: Asus P8H67-M LX
Memory: 4GB DDR3
HDD: Seagate 500 GB
OS: Windows Ultimate 64bit

I think thats all I need to put. I hope to find a solution to the issue that perhaps isn't costly or isn't too costly.

Thanks.

PSU - Coolermaster 700w - can't remember the exact model
only 2 RAM slots, one 4GB stick in a DIMM slot.

I've done a bunch of googling and found that these blue screens I was getting were common with RAM issues, I have a feeling that I might have to replace the RAM or perhaps switch slots.

Tried the other slot, still no luck. Going to run memtest86 shortly.

EDIT: How many pases should one do when running Memtest86?

EDIT: 5 passes now, 3 hours done, and no errors, could that mean that the motherboard is the problem?
