  1. I advise against it. A single 660ti needs at minimum a 450w, if it's OCed it'll need more. So SLI TI's would need at least a 750 w.
  2. You need a (recommended) minimum of 700 watts to power the average system with 2 gtx 660 ti's in SLI.

    I have 2 super-clocked gtx 660 ti's and an i5 3570k at 4.5ghz running on a 750watt PSU just fine.
