Is a ATI Radeon 1GB HD6450 Graphic Card good for gaming?

Im looking for a new graphics card for games like dc universe and dayz im willing to spend around $120 AUS and i was wondering if ATI Radeon 1GB HD6450 Graphic Card would run games well?

expect to set them at 1280x720 and lowest settings

Most games on lower settings would be playable with that card.
I would recommend getting HD 6670 at least.
HD 6450 is meant more for HTPC use or accelerating HD videos.
