Hi I'm new at this make it yourself PC thing. I'm very inexperienced and I've never built a new computer before. I have some questions.
1) How much would I be saving by building the computer myself?
2) I have been doing some research and have picked up most components, however i don't know if they're compatible so could anyone please check that for me?

If I made any compatibility mistakes, or if I can save any money by getting a better product for the same cash, or If I can get the same product for less cash please tell me and shove me in the right direction.

3)Lastly, since I want to be able to do this myself in the future could anyone point me to a good in-depth tutorial on what to look for in PC components and how to determine their compatibility?

Thanks in advance. xD

1. You would save probably about 50-100$ rather than buying off the shelf, depending on parts. If you use quality parts you really don't save, but you get the knowledge, and you know it will work. And if it doesn't work you know how to fix it.

2. Everything here is compatible.

3. Compare the descriptions for the parts, and make sure they match on specifications. Putting it together is the easy part. It's the research on compatibility that you need to spend more time on.
