Depends what you mean "work with". They of course won't talk to each other since one is 802.11 wireless and the other is cellular broadband.
The dlink is very old but in theory it should coexist with the broadband dongle. If not you can get a USB 802.11n wireless adapter for under $20 which will be many times faster than the old 802.11g based card.
Still you can only partially run them at the same time. Your PC sees this as 2 connection to the internet. You can't really do that it can only have a single connection but you could I guess access stuff in your house with the wireless card and use the broadband for internet.
