Hey guys, I am planning to upgrade my PC and I am wondering will it all fit since its only a mini tower.

more information on the case
http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/optix/en/...

Current spec:
CPU: Pentium Dual-Core E5300 @2.6 GHz
MBO: Dell Optiplex 380 - microATX motherboard
GPU: xFx Radeon HD 5670 512 Mb
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blue 2x2GB
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 320 GB 7200 RPM
PSU: Dell H255PD-00 255 W
optical drive: Samsung DVD RW
CASE: Dell optiplex 380 mini tower

I am thinking to upgrade my CPU, MBO,GPU and PSU. Down the road I'll probably upgrade ram to 8gbs and HDD but for now it will have to suffice. Will use the rig mostly for gaming on 1680x1050 resolution.

Upgrades:
CPU: i3 3220
MBO: Asrock H77M - Intel H77, M-ATX, Dual Channel 2xDDR3 - 1600
GPU: XFX HD7870 1000M 2GB DDR5 DoubleDiss CDFC
PSU: Corsair 500W CX Series 80+ Bronze, ATX12V v2.3

I would like your opinion on upgrades and will it all fit.

Not too sure about the measurements of your tower. However, typically, the problem is with the GPU. Check the length of the GPU and compare it to the space you have in your tower.

Your upgrades would not fit, because Optiplex 380 MT is BTX case, BTX design is thing of the past. long gone. Now everyone uses ATX format, so no you cannot use this case, you need a new one.

This is your Optiplex 380 BTX case

And this is Dell Inspiron 570 ATX case

See the difference?

New case would cost you around $50, so it is not a big loss.
