The GTX 560 Ti is essentially the same GPU as the GTX 460 Ti. They made it more power efficient and tweaked it for some additional performance, but essentially it's just a little bit better. Great card, though, a classic for its overclocking abilities. If you don't have a card at all, then of course its worth it, but it depends on how much it costs, what your budget is, and what your alternatives are. For right about $200 or less the GTX 660 with a free copy of Metro Last Light is the best deal in that price range.
