436MB Flash Drive for Image-ing and m100 Neoware

Guys, I need to image a Neoware 512MB m100 with Windaows XPe and cannot find how to create a flash plug for loading the Operating System Image file they have supplied me with.......so, To create a custom Neoware m100 flash drive with a 436MB dataspace, What do I need to do?? AND... I am a beginer in the 'C' programming language guys, all I am comforted with is the knowledge of 'if' statments :) :)

The Neoware m100 is made without a hard dive disk....I have decided to run Windows 98, which runs on the machine, but cannot connect to any type of drive.... Thank you for your time in suggesting wintoflash, my searh for a operating system is completed now, just some hardware issues... :)
